ActiveSync

  • With ActiveSync enabled, smart phone could sync data (email, calendar, etc) with Exchange server

Set up and best practices

  • Add account - > Exchange (Native)
    • Email (default)
    • Calendar (optional) (view only on smart phone)
    • Contact (optional)
  • Or install Outlook App from App Store

Current issues with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and third-party devices
